IT Intern

* Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues. * Support the IT team in setting up computers, accounts, and applications for users. * Help maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation. * Participate in monitoring system performance and reporting issues. * Provide basic technical support to employees as needed. * Learn and apply IT best practices in daily tasks. Assist in performing routine maintenance such as updates, patches, and backups. * Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or process improvements. * Document solutions for common technical problems for knowledge sharing. * Observe and shadow IT staff to gain exposure to real-world IT operations. Participate in meetings or training sessions as required. **Requirements** * Currently a student taking up Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses. * Must be enrolled in practicum/internship units. * Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking. * Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
