The intern will support the design, development, and testing of mobile applications that enable digital financial services and MSME-focused solutions, working closely with senior developers and consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, debugging issues, contributing to UI/UX improvements, and helping integrate APIs and backend services. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, document technical specifications, and participate in sprint planning and progress reviews. The role also involves researching relevant mobile technologies and tools, maintaining clean and organised code repositories, and supporting demonstrations or pilots with partners and clients. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret user needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. * Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document development work effectively. * Candidates should possess foundational software development skills, including familiarity with mobile app frameworks, version control, and application lifecycle concepts. * Candidates should possess programming skills in languages commonly used for mobile development (such as Java/Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter). * Candidates should possess an understanding of sales or product support contexts, including the ability to contribute to demos, explain app features, and gather feedback from users or clients. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and basic database concepts is beneficial. * Ability to work in a collaborative, diverse team environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving project priorities. * Interest in FinTech, financial inclusion, and digital solutions for MSMEs and underserved communities is an advantage.
