Founder's Office Intern - AI & Tech

**Location** : Bengaluru (Mahadevapura) **Work Mode** : On-site **Type & Shift** : Full-time · 6 day work week **Experience** : At least 6 months of hands-on AI experience **Stipend** : Rs 30,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on role and experience **Reports to** : Founder & CEO **Openings** : 1 **Eligibility** : Open to all, except pre-final-year students **The role, in one line** Your main role is to help WaterScience use AI across the company, from automations to internal tools. **Why this role matters** You will also build a private AI assistant trained on WaterScience's own data, and you will work on AI and technology problems across every project in the company. This is an internship-to-full-time path: strong performers will be offered a full-time role. **What you'll do** **Build and apply AI** * Build AI automations and workflows for customer service, design, operations reporting, catalog content and sales support * Build a private AI assistant trained on WaterScience's own data (SOPs, product specs, service tickets, policies, sales and operations data) that our teams can query in plain language * Work across all company projects and solve problems with AI and technology wherever they come up **Connect data and tools** * Connect data from Odoo, Shopify, Amazon and Zoho into dashboards and automated reports * Evaluate new AI tools, run quick pilots, and train teams to use what you build What you'll need * At least 6 months of hands-on experience in AI (internship, job, freelance work or shipped projects) * Comfortable working with multiple LLMs through their APIs, building with AI coding assistants, and connecting AI to data and tools (tool calling, MCP); able to read, write and debug code (Python preferred) * Proof of work: GitHub repositories, live demos or deployed tools * Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people **Nice to have** * Experience with AI agents and automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier * SQL skills * Exposure to ERP or e-commerce data **What's in it for you?** * Work with real data and solve real problems across manufacturing, e-commerce, retail and customer service * Through the Founder's Office, see how a profitable consumer brand runs, from product and operations to sales and service * Work directly with the Founder & CEO on projects that matter to the company * What you build will be used by our teams every day and will directly improve how the company runs and its margins * Learn from experienced practitioners and get regular feedback on your work * A full-time role for strong performers **About WaterScience** WaterScience is India's No. 1 brand in shower and tap filters.
