Application Management Intern

We are conducting a recruitment process for an Application Management Intern to join a leading organization, offering the opportunity to support the management and evolution of business-critical applications. In this role, you will gain exposure to different business processes, understand users’ needs and collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement solutions, acting as a bridge between the business and technology. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the management and evolution of business-support applications; * Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements; * Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements and new functionalities; * Act as a link between business needs and technical teams; * Support the analysis and resolution of application-related incidents and issues; * Contribute to the documentation of processes, requirements and solutions; * Support application testing and validation of changes.
