Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist Intern

The **Sandman Internship Program** offers a learning experience that allows students to be immersed in a fun and collaborative work environment. We are opening a 3- month internship for undergraduate students. This program aims to provide its interns with relevant tasks/projects to work on in their assigned business function to equip them with the necessary skills to advance their career. The internship allows the interns to make valuable difference and contributions with technology and become future employees/leaders in the industry. We are looking for **Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Interns** to support the development and execution of software testing plans and procedures. Shall be responsible in catching, documenting, and reporting bugs and coding errors to the software development and business process teams. At least familiar in the development environment and component-specific software and languages. **Will be assigned with the following tasks but not limited to:** - Documenting software issues - Reporting bugs or defects to software developers for correction - Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems with program function, output, or content - Participating in product design reviews and provide inputs on functional requirements, designs, schedules, or potential problems - Monitoring debugging process results **Minimum Qualifications** - Must be an undergraduate student. Taking up BS IT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering and related courses and those who need OJT - Possesses keen attention to detail - Good communication and critical thinking skills and a good team player - Can commit to the internship for at least 3 months (40 hours a week for full time) - Students who can commit part-time, minimally working at least 20 hours a week, are also welcome to apply - If applying for OJT, the applicant must submit an acceptance letter or letter of recommendation from the college/university certifying that the applicant is enrolled to a practicum subject, indicating the total number of hours needed for the OJT. **Set-up:** Fully Onsite **Period:** 2-3 Months Program **Compensation:** with allowance (to be given at the end of the internship) Disclaimer: **We DO NOT ACCEPT walk-in applicants.** **APPLY NOW!
