Hardware & IT Support - Intern (Business Information)

**Business Information Department - Technical Intern** **Brief description:** Provide IT support to Royal Selangor users worldwide pertaining to hardware, software, network, firewall, R-Drive, licenses, connectivity, antivirus, VPN issues, new joiner technical setups, management of all devices including devices from stores, and license installation. **Job Description:** * Deliver comprehensive IT technical support to global users across hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices) and software. * Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, firewall, and antivirus challenges. * Manage hardware inventory and device setups across offices and retail stores, including system configurations for new hires and license installations. * Maintain system drives (R-Drive) and manage ongoing software licensing requirements. **Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Currently pursuing or holding a Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a Certificate/Diploma equivalent. * **Skills & Talents:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills. * **Personality & Attributes:** High integrity, detail-oriented, and a positive work attitude.
