Software Internship - Business Information Department

**Business Information Department - Software Intern** Brief description: Coordinate project timelines and documentation while facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software and Business Intelligence (BI) deliverables meet business requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders by developing clear training materials and assisting in the deployment of data-driven solutions. **Job Description:** * Coordinate project timelines, maintain thorough documentation, and manage organized project workflows from development to end-user adoption. * Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and write structured UAT scripts to ensure software and BI deliverables meet business standards. * Serve as a liaison and bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders. * Assist in deploying data-driven solutions and develop comprehensive training materials and user manuals. **Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Currently pursuing or holding a Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. * **Skills & Talents:** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Google tools), a basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data projects, and strong technical writing skills. * **Personality & Attributes:** Detail-oriented, proactive communicator, and adaptable. * **Experience:** Prior exposure to or understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly preferred Job Type: Internship Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Ability to commute/relocate: * Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): * Internship Period (Start Date and End Date) * Your CGPA Work Location: In person
