Techical Support Intern (November Intake) - KL HQ

**Job Overview** * **Job Title:** Technical Support (Internship) * **Job Type:** Full-time * **Pay / Allowance:** RM 800.00 per month * **Off Days:** 2 days per week **Job Description** * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. * Manage external vendor's relationships and services. * Complete all assigned tasks within a given time frame; tasks include on-site and off-site mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware work. * Especially during critical times (e.g., deployment periods), be able to work and respond even after service operation hours, and/or on weekends and public holidays whenever required. * Must be fast in responding to support and attending to cases after a call, email, or instruction is received. * Able to explain the cause of problems that arise and explain the reason for solutions applied, either permanently or temporarily. * Work closely with internal technical/software teams or external clients/users to tackle reported support tasks in order to get problems solved. * Travelling required. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * **Duration:** Minimum 12 weeks (3 months). * **Training:** Provided. * **Language:** Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. * **Attributes:** Willing to learn and work on designated project hours; customer-oriented person. * **Transport:** Must possess your own transportation & vehicle license **Employee Benefits** * Career Growth & Promotion Opportunities * Personal & Career Development Opportunities * Training & Learning Opportunities **Must send updated resume with photo attached** **Prefer for internship starting in November and onwards.** Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: RM800.00 per month Education: * Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) * Bahasa (Preferred) License/Certification: * B or D license (Preferred)
