IT Support Intern

Infinecs Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for an enthusiastic **IT Support Intern** to join us as soon as possible! If you're passionate about IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment. **Scope of Work** * Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. * Assist in maintaining servers, operating systems, and applications. * Support user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions. * Escalate complex technical issues to IT Engineers or the Manager. * Maintain company webpages to ensure content accuracy and functionality. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of internal systems and applications. * Work closely with the Network Engineer to support daily IT operations. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field. * Final-semester students are preferred. * Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in IT support and networking. **Internship Details** **Start Date** : Mid-October 2026 (ASAP) **Duration:** Preferably 6 months Pay: From RM800.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development Work Location: In person
