Founded by experienced finance and legal professionals who have led major global corporations, Volody is committed to transforming how organizations manage contracts. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Cloud Monitoring intern role based in Mumbai for locally residing candidates. The intern will monitor cloud-based systems and applications, track performance metrics, and identify anomalies or outages using monitoring tools and dashboards. The role involves escalating incidents to relevant technical teams, documenting issues and resolutions, and assisting in creating standard operating procedures for routine checks. The intern will collaborate with customer-facing and technical teams to support service quality, conduct basic research on recurring issues, and contribute to improvements in monitoring processes. The position requires consistent on-site presence in Mumbai and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong System Monitoring skills, including familiarity with cloud platforms, dashboards, and alerting tools. * Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research ability to interpret data, identify trends, and investigate potential issues. * Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report incidents clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Candidates should possess customer-oriented Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders professionally. * Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, SaaS environments, or DevOps practices is beneficial. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. * Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a production environment.
