This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to strengthen their full stack development skills through structured training, hands-on application development, and practical project experience. Participants will work on real-world development projects while learning how to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications. The program provides exposure to both frontend and backend technologies and encourages independent problem-solving and project ownership. Key Responsibilities * Participate in structured full stack development training and technical learning sessions. * Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications. * Build frontend interfaces using modern web technologies. * Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic. * Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data. * Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services. * Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment. * Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. * Debug application issues and troubleshoot technical problems. * Perform functional and basic performance testing. * Use Git and version-control practices for application development. * Collaborate with mentors, developers, designers, and other team members. * Independently research solutions to technical challenges. * Document application features, development processes, and technical decisions. * Participate in code reviews and incorporate technical feedback. * Contribute to improving application performance, security, and usability. * Complete assigned development projects within agreed timelines. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, diploma, or current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. * Basic understanding of software development concepts. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development. * Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar. * Basic understanding of databases and SQL. * Familiarity with Git or another version-control system is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn new technologies and development frameworks. * Ability to work independently as well as within a team. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Skills * Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or another frontend framework. * Familiarity with Node.js, .NET, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, or similar backend technologies. * Knowledge of REST APIs. * Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. * Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Experience with responsive web design. * Personal, academic, freelance, or open-source development projects.
