We are looking for a forward-thinking **Intern, Systems \& Processes** to help build the future of our operations. You will play a pivotal role in creating our AI automation and data-finding infrastructure , transforming how we use information to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction . **How You Will Make An Impact** * Support Project AI Metamorphosis by assisting in the scaling of AI tools within our customer ticketing system to drive operational efficiency and automate business reports * Implement AI features, specifically Intent, Sentiment, and Entity, to unlock improved data collection and improve actionable insights generated from AI features. * Monitor and report on real-time sentiments to help optimise omnichannel routing (OCR) configurations. * Collaborate with teams within the Operations department to improve support capabilities through iterative AI tool enhancements. * Identify and flag anomalies in user journey data to ensure the community experience remains seamless and high-quality. **What Makes You A Great Fit** * Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate insights derived from complex datasets. * Tech-savvy and curious about AI, with a preferred functional understanding of help desk software like Zendesk. * Comfortable navigating "blank canvas" scenarios; able to independently identify hurdles and build solutions from the ground up. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in customer feedback and flag them for process improvement. * Effective communicator who can relay information clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders. * Strong personal alignment with our GetGo Values: + Driven by Purpose + Stay Curious and Humble + Collaborate with Empathy + Make it Better + Get It Going!
