Candidates can learn more or get in touch via the company’s website, email, or WhatsApp. **Role Description** The AI Engineer Intern will support the design, development, and testing of AI models and applications that power AIVision’s retail and HR solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam involves implementing and experimenting with algorithms for pattern recognition, computer vision, and natural language processing, as well as contributing to neural network architectures used in production systems. The intern will assist in data collection, preprocessing, and annotation, run model training and evaluation pipelines, and help integrate AI modules into software products under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting experiments and outcomes, and contributing to prototypes and demos for internal stakeholders and clients. The role offers hands-on experience with real-world AI deployments and exposure to industry-leading retail innovation projects. **Qualifications** * Strong foundation in Computer Science, with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. * Experience or coursework in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, tuning, and evaluating models. * Interest or exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related AI techniques for text and speech data. * Basic Software Development skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and familiarity with version control (e.g., Git). * Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) is highly beneficial. * Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. * Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate clearly in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus. * Curiosity about retail technology, strong problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn from feedback and experimentation.
