AI Automation Tester Intern

Team members collaborate with leading global platforms and enterprise clients, gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and real-world applications. **Role Description** The AI Automation Tester Intern is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases for AI-driven and cloud-based applications, including manual and automated testing activities. The intern will support API testing, validate data flows, and help ensure product quality and reliability across different environments. Daily tasks include collaborating with developers and product teams to clarify requirements, reporting and tracking defects, contributing to test plans and test scripts, and assisting in the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks. **Qualifications** * Strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles, including understanding of testing methodologies and software development life cycle. * Hands-on experience or coursework in Manual Testing and writing clear, reproducible Test Cases. * Basic knowledge of API Testing and familiarity with tools used to validate endpoints and data responses. * Interest in Automation testing, with exposure to scripting or test automation tools considered an advantage. * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and communicate issues clearly. * Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment, with good communication skills in English; Vietnamese language skills are beneficial. * Eagerness to learn about AI, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices, and to grow within a fast-paced, innovative team.
