Job Description: Implementation Intern**About the Role** We are looking for a tech-savvy, structured, and client-facing **Implementation Intern** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Implementation and Customer Success teams to help onboard new clients, configure software solutions, migrate data, and ensure a seamless rollout of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in technical consulting, SaaS implementation, customer success, or project management. **Key Responsibilities1. Client Onboarding & Setup** * Assist in setting up and configuring software accounts, environments, and user profiles according to client specifications. * Help coordinate onboarding schedules, kickoff meetings, and training sessions for new clients. * Guide clients through initial system walkthroughs and answer basic configuration queries. **2. Data Migration & Testing** * Assist in formatting, cleaning, and uploading client data (CSV, Excel, or database entries) into the platform. * Conduct basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system checks to ensure all workflows and integrations function correctly before go-live. * Document configuration steps, technical workflows, and client-specific requirements. **3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Support** * Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams to relay client feedback, feature requests, or technical roadblocks. * Track implementation milestones, pending deliverables, and action items using project management tools. * Assist in troubleshooting initial setup errors or escalation tickets during the deployment phase. **Key Requirements & Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * **Skills & Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud tools, SaaS products, or APIs. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace (advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a big plus). * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion) or CRM platforms. * **Soft Skills:** * Strong problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deployment deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **What You Will Learn / Benefits** * **Real-World Experience:** Hands-on exposure to end-to-end B2B client implementation and enterprise software deployment. * **Mentorship:** Direct guidance from seasoned implementation and customer success specialists. * **Career Growth:** Potential for a full-time role or extended internship based on performance.
