Engineer, New Grad

Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems. We're hiring new graduates for raw ability, not domain experience: you'll work across geometry and data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, internal tooling, and training and experiment support, and find out where you're strongest by working across the whole system. You're graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, math, physics, or a related field, or graduated within roughly the last two years, with real strength in at least one of machine learning, geometry, graphics, or AI, strong Python and/or C/C++, and evidence that you teach yourself hard things quickly and finish them. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background. This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF. Compensation and equity total $150–220k annually. We sponsor visas end-to-end, and benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting. **Compensation Range:** $150K - $220K
