Quality Assurance Engineer Intern

**Responsibilities** **About the role** Quality Assurance Intern will support the Product Engineering team in ensuring the quality and reliability of ESB products through software testing activities. We look for detail-oriented individuals who lead with **honesty** in reporting bugs and system issues, **empathy** for the end-user experience, and the **agility** to adapt to fast-paced product release cycles. You will gain hands-on experience in preparing test cases, executing manual testing, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers and other team members throughout the development process. **What you’ll do (Responsibilities):** * **Support the QA team in executing manual testing for web and/or mobile applications** with high **agility** to ensure smooth and reliable product performance. * **Prepare and maintain test cases and testing documentation based on product requirements** through an **empathetic** understanding of user flows and expectations. * **Identify, document, and report bugs or system issues clearly and accurately** with complete **honesty** and transparency. * **Perform basic functional, regression, and exploratory testing under guidance from the QA team** with the **agility** to explore various user scenarios. * **Assist in validating bug fixes and conducting retesting before product release** with strict **honesty** and attention to product stability. * **Collaborate with QA Engineers, Developers, and Product teams to understand requirements and expected product behavior** through **empathetic** and open communication. **Requirements** * Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. * Strong interest in Software Quality Assurance and software testing, driven by an **agile** mindset to continuous learning. * Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts, evaluated through an **empathetic** end-user lens. * Good analytical and logical thinking skills to identify root causes with **honesty** and precision. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues with complete **honesty** and integrity. * Able to write clear and structured documentation with **honesty** and clarity for cross-team alignment. * Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams using **empathy** and mutual respect. * Willing to learn new tools, systems, and testing methodologies with high **agility** in a dynamic environment. * Available to participate in the internship program for the required internship period. **About PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB)** Established in 2018, **ESB** is Indonesia’s leading **restaurant technology company**, empowering the food and beverage industry with innovative, integrated, and easy-to-use digital solutions.
