Software Engineer Intern

**Company Overview:** Lumber is an all-in-one construction workforce management platform that seamlessly streamlines payroll, HR, time tracking, safety, compliance, field productivity, rewards, and recognition for building contractors. **Job Title:** Software Engineer Intern **Intership Duration :** 6 Months + FTE (Based on Performance) **Location:** Whitefield, Bengaluru **Responsibilities:** ● Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software. ● Participate in feature developments and bug fixing. ● Capable of working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. ● Collect and analyze business requirements to develop the best solutions. ● Evaluate existing applications to determine areas of development and improvement. ● Proactively identify and track software performance issues. ● Build a strong relationship with clients and internal teams. ● Provide technical documentation for each development project. **Requirements:** ● Candidates specializing in Computer Science or Electronics or IT, with a minimum academic achievement of 80%. This should be consistent throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation. ● Understanding of object-oriented design and development. ● In-depth knowledge of the language of Java or React or Both. ● Proficiency in JavaScript and React framework. ● Knowledge of various software design life cycles. ● Analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Good understanding of software architecture. ● Excellent project management and communication skills. This is a 6-month, paid, full-time internship requiring on-site presence, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employment role based on performance and business requirements.
