AI Ops Intern

AI Solutions 0-1 years FullTime Location & Joining: * Mumbai (In-office) * Immediate joiners preferred * 3 months **Scope Of The Role** You'll sit inside the operations of microdrama production and content marketing, spot inefficiencies, and build AI tools that fix them. Some problems will be recurring workflows; many will be ad-hoc challenges that need a fast solution. You'll also shadow leadership and build agents and dashboards that help monitor the overall system. **Key Responsibilities** * Ops Automation: Identify slow or repetitive processes in content production and marketing and automate them using AI workflows and LLM-powered tools. * Ad-hoc Problem Solving: Tackle one-off operational problems using AI — fast, scrappy, and shipped. - Monitoring & Dashboards: Build lightweight dashboards and alerting systems to give leadership a real- time pulse on content and ops KPIs. * Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy agents for tasks like content repurposing, scheduling, reporting, and cross-platform tracking. * Shadow & Document: Sit in on key decisions, identify what should be automated next, and document solutions so they're repeatable. **Required Skills** * Strong programming in Python and/or JavaScript. * Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering. * Workflow automation tools - n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent. * Can build functional agentic workflows: tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning. * Basic data wrangling and reporting — spreadsheets, APIs, lightweight dashboards. * Ops mindset: observe a workflow, find the bottleneck, fix it. **What We're Really Looking For** * Someone who has held a position of responsibility in college — ran a club, led a fest team, managed a publication. We want to know you understand what accountability feels like. * A finisher. Rough and shipped beats perfect and pending. * Genuine interest in practical AI - not benchmarks, but "this saves 3 hours a week" AI.
