AI Engineer Intern
Role Description
**Words from Head of Department:**
You’ll work in our AI team in a fast-moving, startup-like environment inside a high-growth company. We move with speed, we bet on innovation, and we expect ownership. You’ll have room to explore and propose new approaches. We value fast experiments, clear learnings, and real outcomes. If you like building real systems (not just notebooks), shipping fast products, and learning by doing - this is for you.
**Scope of work**
* Build and iterate on agentic systems (tool-using AI agents) for real product workflows
* Implement end-to-end features: data ingestion -> retrieval -> reasoning -> actions -> monitoring
* Collaborate to support designing benchmarks + evals (quality, latency, cost) to measure improvements
* Collaborate with other engineers to test out newest technology
**What we’re looking for:**
* Strong fundamentals in product architecture and a solid engineering mindset
* Hands-on curiosity: you like exploring new models/tools and turning them into working systems (we prioritize innovation!)
* Ability to move fast, ask good questions, and communicate proactively. English comms is a plus.
***Bonus (not required):***
* Experience with LLM tooling (LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, vLLM, etc.)
* Familiarity with vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS) and RAG/agentic system patterns
* Basic understanding of eval/observability
* Experienced with utilizing agentic engineering.
**Perks:**
