Job Description Technical Support Internship from October 2026 to Feb 2027 (3 - 6months duration) Job Description The Technical Support Intern will assist the technical team in providing first-level technical support for EP Technology’s products and solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to troubleshooting, system setup, customer support, and real-world IT/AV environments. Key Responsibilities * Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues * Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of company products (e.g. interactive displays, IT/AV solutions) * Support internal teams and customers with technical inquiries via email, phone, or on-site assistance * Perform routine system checks, diagnostics, and maintenance * Prepare simple technical documentation, user guides, and support reports * Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required * Assist in inventory checking and equipment preparation for deployment Requirements * Able to start work from October 2026 * ITE Diploma student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts * Willingness to learn and hands-on attitude * Good problem-solving and communication skills * Able to work independently and in a team * Familiarity with Windows OS, Android systems, or AV equipment is an advantage Learning Outcomes * Hands-on experience in technical support and customer service * Exposure to real-world IT and AV project environments * Opportunity to learn troubleshooting, system deployment, and technical documentation * Mentorship from experienced technical professionals
