QC & Testing Intern

We are looking for a **QC & Testing Intern** to support the quality assurance of our software applications and business systems. You will work with the Product, Development and Support teams to test features, identify issues, document findings and help ensure system quality before release. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare and execute **test cases** for new features and enhancements * Perform **functional, regression and basic UAT testing** * Identify, reproduce and document bugs or system issues clearly * Record test results and follow up on defect status * Assist in checking reports, workflows, forms and system functions * Support basic troubleshooting of application or data-related issues * Work with internal teams to verify fixes and retest resolved issues * Prepare simple testing documentation, user guides or supporting materials * Assist with other product / QC-related tasks when required **What We’re Looking For** * Diploma or Degree student in **IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting or related field** * **Minimum 4 months internship availability** * Good logical thinking and attention to detail * Able to follow test steps and document findings clearly * Basic understanding of software / application testing * Good communication and teamwork skills * Willing to learn and comfortable working with systems and data **Added Advantages** * Basic knowledge of **SQL** * Exposure to **UAT, software testing or debugging** * Accounting knowledge, especially for business / accounting software * Technical / programming background * Familiarity with documentation, user guides or system workflows Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,200.00 per month Benefits: * Opportunities for promotion * Professional development Work Location: In person
