Cosentus continues to grow as a trusted partner in healthcare revenue management through its platforms, including cosentus.com and zeushealth.ai. **Role Description** The QA Engineer – AI Applications (Fresher) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will execute manual tests for AI-driven applications, validate functionality against requirements, and ensure that software releases meet defined quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases and test documentation, performing regression and functional testing, and reporting defects with clear, reproducible steps. The QA Engineer will collaborate with developers, product owners, and data/AI teams to understand application behavior, verify fixes, and support continuous improvement of testing processes. The role also involves learning and applying QA best practices for AI-powered workflows within healthcare revenue cycle management systems. **Qualifications** * Foundational software testing skills, including Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with an understanding of QA processes and methodologies. * Ability to plan and perform Test Execution using well-defined Test Cases and to document test results clearly and accurately. * Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques, including functional, regression, and UI testing for web-based and data-driven applications. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical knowledge). * Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or a strong interest in learning how AI applications are tested and validated. * Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. * Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and follow established QA standards and procedures.
