Internship - IT Operations (Hardware)

**About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and hands-on **IT Intern** to support our IT Operations team. This internship provides practical exposure to IT support functions, including hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. If you’re eager to gain real-world IT experience in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to develop your technical and problem-solving skills. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Set up workstations, including computers and peripheral devices * Check and ensure hardware functionality (HDD, keyboard, mouse, etc.) * Install, configure, and format operating systems and software * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues * Assist in basic repairs or replacement of IT components * Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules * Provide general IT support to users and assist with daily technical tasks * Support the IT team in ongoing projects and operations **What We’re Looking For** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting * Familiar with PC/laptop formatting is an added advantage * Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Willing to be based in Ampang **Why Join Us?** * Gain hands-on experience in real IT operations * Learn directly from experienced IT professionals * Exposure to hardware, software, and troubleshooting tasks * Opportunity to build practical technical skills * Friendly and supportive working environment Job Types: Temporary, Internship, Student job Contract length: 6 months Pay: RM600\.00 - RM1,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development Work Location: In person
