**Overview** ------------ We are seeking a motivated **IT Desktop Support Intern** to join our team for **6 months**! Our IT Desktop Support Intern will provide support to the Information Technology team in maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with system administration activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate IT operations and support services. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts. * Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common IT support tools. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. **Responsibilities** -------------------- **Responsibilities** * Assist in providing first-level technical support to users. * Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Help maintain IT assets and inventory records. * Assist in monitoring network and system performance. * Support user account creation, password resets, and access management. * Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations. * Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical records. * Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
