We are in a pre-launch, high-velocity stage, focused on building a scalable product from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — you will be working on systems that are actively being designed and shipped. We do not publicly disclose full product details at this stage. Relevant context will be shared during the hiring process. Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with DevOps capabilities and AI systems understanding. This role sits at the intersection of: - Product engineering (frontend \+ backend) - Infrastructure and deployment (DevOps / AWS) - AI-integrated system design (agentic workflows) You will take ownership of building, deploying, and maintaining core parts of the platform. What You Will Own 1\. Frontend Systems You will build user-facing systems that are fast, reliable, and intuitive: - Core product interfaces (dashboards, workflows, onboarding) - Interactive systems involving real-time or delayed responses - Responsive UI across devices - Clean, maintainable component architecture You are expected to think beyond "just UI" — handling edge cases, loading states, and failure scenarios. 2\. Backend \& API Layer You will design and implement the backend layer that powers the platform: - Scalable API design and implementation - Authentication, session handling, and access control - Data flow between frontend, backend, and external services - Error handling, validation, and performance optimization You should be comfortable designing APIs that are consumed in real-world, production environments. 3\. DevOps \& AWS Infrastructure You will actively work with production infrastructure and deployments. Core Responsibilities: - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines - Handle deployment workflows (build → deploy → monitor) - Maintain application uptime and reliability - Debug production issues and performance bottlenecks AWS Exposure Expected — you should have working knowledge of: - Compute services (EC2 or equivalent) - Storage systems (S3 or similar) - Load balancing and routing basics - Managed databases and caching systems - Container/image workflows (basic understanding) Infrastructure Concepts: - Networking basics (VPC, subnets, routing) - IAM and access control fundamentals - Secrets and environment management - Logging, monitoring, and alerting You are not expected to be a pure DevOps engineer, but you must be comfortable owning deployments and infra decisions. 4\. AI Systems \& Agentic Engineering You will work with systems that integrate AI deeply into product workflows: - Understanding of agentic systems: multi-step reasoning, tool usage and orchestration, state management across interactions - Designing APIs and systems for: asynchronous execution, long-running processes, streaming or delayed responses - Building user experiences that: handle waiting states intelligently, provide feedback during processing, maintain user engagement during delays Tech Expectations Core: - Next.js (App Router) - React (strong fundamentals) - TypeScript (strict usage) - API design and backend fundamentals DevOps / Infra: - AWS fundamentals (compute, storage, networking basics) - CI/CD pipelines - Deployment workflows - Debugging production systems Frontend: - Tailwind CSS or similar - Responsive design - Performance optimization Nice to Have: - Docker / containerization - Real-time systems or streaming APIs - Experience with monitoring/logging tools - Exposure to AI/LLM integrations - Understanding of scalable system design What We Are Looking For Mindset: - You have shipped real products (not just tutorials) - You think from a user perspective - You are comfortable working without fully defined specs - You take ownership and move fast Working Style: - Clear communication - Clean, maintainable code - Ability to debug and solve real-world problems - Bias toward execution over perfection Tech Stack: Modern JavaScript ecosystem with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable backend systems aligned with production-grade environments.
