Summer Internship Program 2027 - Network & Cloud Infrastructure Intern

Job Description: The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Network & Cloud Infrastructure Intern will support the team's work keeping digital certificates and network services running securely and reliably. **Responsibilities** * Support the tools that manage web traffic and keep applications running smoothly across the network * Help track and renew digital security certificates, and monitor them for compliance * Build tools and reports that make it easier to see the health of network services and certificates * Help troubleshoot connectivity, security, and performance issues with applications and content delivery * Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned **Knowledge and Experience** * Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be at least advancing to their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or a related field * Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and content delivery concepts * Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, APIs, or other scripting and automation technologies * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills **Internship Program Schedule** To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: * Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 * Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process. Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
