Interior Design Intern (Summer 2026)

Nicole Costa Design is a full-service boutique interior design studio specializing in residential renovations and furnishing projects, with select hospitality and commercial work. We create thoughtful, elevated interiors that balance beauty and function for busy professionals. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Interior Design Intern for the Spring/Summer term. This part-time internship is ideal for students seeking co-op hours or academic credit, with potential to extend into a paid part-time role if it’s a strong mutual fit. This is a hybrid role with some days in-office or on-site. **Responsibilities** Support the design team with: * Sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, and décor * Assisting with design presentations and drawings * Attending site visits and meetings * Picking up samples and coordinating showroom visits * Assisting on installs and styling days * Supporting studio organization and project administration **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an Interior Design program (eligible for school credit) * Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle * Reliable laptop/computer * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp (Adobe Suite an asset) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Professional communication skills and initiative This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience working on active projects in a growing boutique design studio.
