IT Support Intern

We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our international team in Milano - Segrate. Are you looking for an exciting internship in a multinational company? You will take on new challenges and tasks in a dynamic, international environment! In this role, you will provide first-level IT support (Level 1 Help Desk) to local users, assisting with their day-to-day IT needs and troubleshooting common technical issues. You will also gain hands-on experience and learn how a modern corporate IT environment operates in practice. **Role Description & Responsibilities** During the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to: * Help with the setup, configuration and maintenance of the local IT environment according to corporate standards * Assist in the deployment, replacement, and renewal of end-user devices and systems * Handle IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and IT procedures. * Assist in managing and implementing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server&Storage, Audiovisual) * Work on IT operations in Italy, while providing additional support to users across the EUROMED region * Support hands-on IT activities, including server racking, desk wiring, and meeting room setup. **Qualifications** * High school diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (e.g., Perito Informatico) * Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus) * Knowledge of Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or above * Interest and knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes * Curiosity and eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company * Hands-on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks What’s in it for you * An international and diverse working environment * Monthly reimbursement and lunch tickets * Hybrid work policy * Fresh fruits and free beverages Interested?
