**About the Role**
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our founding tech team and build core modules for Clearie, Neximprove's B2B SaaS platform for customs compliance. You will work across the entire stack – from building intuitive React-based UIs to developing robust Node.js backend services. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product from Day 0\.
**What You'll Do**
* Build and scale full-stack features from scratch (React.js \+ Node.js/NestJS)
* Develop secure, modular APIs for customs workflows, user onboarding, and dashboards
* Create intuitive, responsive UIs using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend patterns
* Collaborate directly with Product, CTO, and founding team on fast iteration cycles
* Set up testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure scalable architecture
* Optimize for performance, security, and developer-friendly documentation
* Integrate with third-party services and APIs as needed
* Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
**Requirements**
**Must Have:**
* 2\+ years of experience (or equivalent GitHub/portfolio proof) in full-stack web development
* Strong command of React.js (with Tailwind or Material UI)
* Experience with Node.js/NestJS or Express.js
* Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
* Proficiency in Git-based workflows
* Comfort working remotely and independently in a startup environment
* Curiosity and ownership mindset – you don't wait for specs, you help define them
**Nice to Have:**
* Familiarity with WebSockets, React Query, or Next.js
* Experience with Docker and AWS/Azure deployments
* Background in B2B SaaS or logistics platforms
* Experience with TypeScript
* Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth)
