**Merchant Ops Content Labelling (HQHC)** **Work Location:** Menara Southpoint (Work in Office) **Working Hours:** Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM **Contract Duration:** 3 months (non-shift, extendable based on performance) **About the Role** As part of the Merchant Operations team, you will help maintain high-quality data that powers search accuracy and improves the overall user experience in the app. Your work will directly support machine learning experiments and ensure that food-related search queries return accurate and relevant results. **Key Responsibilities** * **Content Labelling \& Tagging:** Label and categorize food-related queries with the correct information for classification, category prediction, and query correction tasks. * **Search Relevance Evaluation:** Perform monthly checks on search results to ensure they are accurate and relevant to the user query. * **Issue Tracking:** Identify and report any problems related to query relevance, and provide basic feedback for improvements. * **Data Management:** Maintain clear records of all data labeling and relevance evaluation tasks, ensuring work is organized and up-to-date. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with data science and engineering teams to improve the quality of data for machine learning models and other internal projects. * **Quality \& Productivity:** Ensure tasks are completed within set timelines and meet accuracy and productivity KPIs. **Requirements** * Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply (entry-level considered). * Good communication skills in **English and Malay**, both verbal and written. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling data. * Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment. * Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. * Passion for the **eCommerce industry**. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets** is a plus. **Salary \& Benefits** * **Base Salary:** RM1,700 * **Travel Allowance:** RM100 * **KPI Incentive:** Up to RM400 * **Annual Leave:** 1 day per month (prorated according to months worked) Pay: RM1,700\.00 - RM2,200\.00 per month Work Location: In person
