Internship: System Validation (m/f/d)

**Job Responsibility:** * Contribute to systems engineering activities by helping define, analyze, document, and validate system-level requirements or behaviors. * Assist with technical coordination, reviews, testing support, and follow-up on action items across teams. * Work with hardware, software, and validation stakeholders to enable smooth project execution. * Help prepare reports, specifications, and project records for visibility and traceability. * Contribute to structured problem solving, communication, and system quality. **Requirements/Qualification:** * Bachelor’s/Master’sstudent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline. * Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus. * Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important. * Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly. * Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
