We are looking for Fun, Energetic, and Hardworking Team Members to join our Da Vien Coffee Chain. **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **IT Intern** to support our operations and systems team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the technology that powers our retail locations - from in store devices and network connectivity to internal tools and automation workflows. This position is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment while developing skills in systems support, networking, and process improvement. **Responsibilities, Abilities \& Skills:** * Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across retail locations * Support setup and configuration of devices, Wi-Fi networks, and POS-related systems * Help maintain and monitor backend systems integrated with Toast POS * Assist in diagnosing connectivity issues utilizing basic network tools (e.g. ping command, IP configuration) * Support documentation of systems, processes, and developing SOPs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational or technical issues * Assist with basic scripting or automation tasks (e.g., Power Automate workflows) * Help test and deploy system updates, tools, or process improvements * Provide support to frontline teams by translating technical issues into clear, actionable steps * Monitor system performance and escalate issues when needed * Support projects to improve business processes and workflow consistency across store locations **What we expect from you:** * Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills * Ability to follow technical direction and apply it with minimal supervision * Strong communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical users * Detail-oriented with the ability to document processes and track issues clearly * Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative in a hands-on environment * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams * Interest in systems, automation, and improving operational efficiency **Job Type:** * Part Time * In Person **Schedule Requirement:** * 4-8 hours shift * Flexible Schedule * Able to work Holidays and weekends * Maximum 36 hrs. per week * May require occasional overtime hours with approval **Qualifications:** * 1 Year experience required * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking concepts * Familiarity with Windows environments and ability to navigate system settings * Exposure to networking concepts, including Wi-Fi setup and basic network structure * Familiarity with IP addressing and ability to check and interpret IP configuration on a device * Familiarity with Ticketing systems and ticketing best practices * Understanding of basic network troubleshooting tools and commands (e.g., command prompt, ping) * Interest or exposure to scripting, automation, or programming concepts is a plus * CompTIA A\+ certification or currently working toward certification is a plus * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. **Benefits:** * Sick leave is accrued from your first day * Employee discount * Opportunities for advancement * Complimentary drinks * Team bonding/Company holiday events * Paid Training **Compensation:** * Range $20 - $23\.00/hour * Sick Pay / 40 hrs. per year
