Job description: Job Title: Renewable Energy Research \& Electrical Engineering InternJob Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Research \& Electrical Engineering Intern to support research, analysis, and technical development in renewable energy systems. The intern will assist in evaluating sustainable energy technologies, conducting data analysis, and supporting electrical system design and testing. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field who are passionate about clean energy solutions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct research on renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind, hydro, and energy storage systems. * Analyze performance data from renewable energy systems and prepare technical reports. * Assist in the design, simulation, and testing of electrical systems and components. * Support feasibility studies and technical evaluations for renewable energy projects. * Perform literature reviews and summarize findings for project teams. * Assist in system modeling using relevant engineering software tools. * Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system efficiency and reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. * Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline. * Basic understanding of renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind turbines, battery storage, grid integration). * Familiarity with electrical circuit analysis and power systems fundamentals. * Knowledge of software tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, ETAP, AutoCAD, or similar is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills * Experience with data analysis and technical reporting. * Understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability principles, and smart grid technologies. * Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
