**Video Editing Intern (Motion Graphics / Animation)** **Scope of Work:** * Create short educational videos (2–3 mins) for children (age 3–12\) * Develop motion graphics, basic animations, and visual storytelling for academic concepts * Edit instructional, teaching-aid, and reference videos based on provided scripts and assets * Add transitions, text overlays, voice sync, and simple effects to enhance clarity and engagement **Requirements:** * Basic proficiency in tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software** * Understanding of **motion graphics, animation basics, and video editing workflows** * Ability to create **clean, structured, and engaging visual sequences** * Strong sense of **timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy** * Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback quickly **What We’re Looking For:** * Creators who think beyond editing → focus on **learning clarity for children** * Ability to simplify concepts visually through **animation and motion** * Attention to detail with minimal errors and revisions * Consistency in following **video styles, templates, and brand guidelines** * Ownership mindset and ability to meet timelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000\.00 - ₹12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Leave encashment * Paid time off Work Location: In person
