NETWORK & SERVICE DELIVERY INTERN

**Key Responsibilities:** * High teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation task given by your superior. * Assembling and managing servers this includes: * Hardware: This includes knowledge of Server components, such as CPUs, RAM, and storage devices. * Operating systems: This includes knowledge of Linux (e.g. CentOS, Almalinux, Ubuntu, Debian), Windows server, and macOS operating systems. * Networking: This includes knowledge of network concepts, such as IP addressing and routing. Managing rules on the network-level firewall. * Security: This includes knowledge of security concepts, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems. * Software: This includes knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office. * Control Panel: Configuration of server control panels (e.g. Plesk, cPanel, CWP, VestaCP). * Monitoring: Manage and monitor hosted services such as VPS and dedicated servers. * This includes ensuring that the services are up and running, resolving any issues that may arise, and optimizing the performance of the services. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery knowledge. * Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure overall customer satisfaction * Skills in analyzing data to monitor customer performance and identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience is preferred * Understanding of technologies used in large organizations to deliver IT services. * Basic knowledge in operating systems such as Linux, and Windows server OS. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset. * Able to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM or more depending on the task given with rotational weekend duty.
