**AI Stack Portal Intern / Junior Associate (1–2 Roles)** --------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Bengaluru (Work from Office – Lifesight Innovation Hub) **Duration:** Internship (with potential for full-time conversion)### **Role Context** As organizations increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into core workflows, there is a growing need to operationalize AI tools in a structured and scalable manner. This role is positioned at the intersection of **AI adoption, internal tooling, and operational enablement**, with a focus on managing and evolving the organization’s AI Stack Portal. The selected candidates will contribute to ensuring that AI tools are not only deployed but also actively utilized, maintained, and continuously improved across teams.### **Role Objective** The primary objective of this role is to **manage, maintain, and enhance the AI Stack Portal**, enabling seamless access, usability, and adoption of AI tools across the organization.### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the **AI Stack Portal**, including updates, access control, and tool integration * Track and monitor **AI tool usage, adoption metrics, and engagement trends** * Support onboarding of teams onto AI tools and workflows * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, GTM teams) to ensure relevance of tools * Identify gaps in current AI stack and recommend improvements * Maintain documentation, guides, and usage playbooks for internal users * Assist in testing and deploying new AI tools, features, or workflows * Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and structured reporting within the portal ### **Eligibility Criteria** * Recent graduates or final-year students in: + Engineering (CS/IT/AI/Data Science) + Data Analytics / Information Systems + Or related disciplines * Basic understanding of: + Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts + SaaS tools and platforms * Familiarity with tools such as: + ChatGPT / LLM tools + Notion / Airtable / dashboards (preferred but not mandatory) ### **Desired Skills** * Strong analytical and structured thinking ability * Ability to work with data, dashboards, and systems * High ownership and attention to detail * Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment * Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python / APIs) is an advantage ### **What This Role Offers** * Exposure to **real-world AI implementation at scale** * Opportunity to work directly on **AI adoption initiatives (AIM – AI in Motion)** * Hands-on experience with **cutting-edge AI tools and workflows** Potential pathway to full-time roles in AI, Product Operations, or Analytics
