This is not a purely manual testing role; it requires a genuine interest in building scalable, automated solutions for complex digital products. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our diverse tech offerings, including our websites, enterprise software, and AI-powered agents. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, and help us build and refine our automated testing frameworks. **The goal:** Ensure robust product quality, streamline the testing process, and support the development of resilient, high-performance tech solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Technical QA \& Quality Control** * Perform thorough manual QA/QC testing on our **websites, web applications, and digital platforms** across various browsers and devices. * Validate the functionality and performance of our **AI agents and machine learning models** against defined technical requirements. * Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for both front-end user interfaces and back-end logic. **Test Automation \& Process Improvement** * Assist in the design and development of automated test scripts for new features using industry-standard automation tools. * Help research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance our QA and automation processes. * Contribute to our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated tests. **Bug Reporting \& Technical Collaboration** * Document and report bugs and technical defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps using a bug-tracking system. * Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical requirements and ensure product quality from concept to deployment. * Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions. **Platform Familiarity (Training Provided)** You will learn and work with the following tools and concepts: * **Test Automation Tools:** (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) * **Bug Tracking:** (e.g., Jira, Trello) * **Version Control:** (e.g., Git, GitHub) * **API Testing:** (e.g., Postman) * **AI Agent Testing:** Frameworks for testing conversational AI and large language models (LLMs) like **Yukti AI**. * **Agile/Scrum Methodologies** Pay: ₹8,000\.00 - ₹10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
