We work with hotels across Europe — from boutique properties to large hotel groups — all using Viqal to cut costs, boost upsells, and free up their front desk.
We're based in Amsterdam and moving fast. You’ll join a focused, founder-led team and help us grow the pipeline from your first day.
We have an office in Amsterdam, but this role is remote-friendly. If you're local, you're welcome to work from the office — but it's not required.

**You will:**
* Improve core product workflows (e.g. onboarding, message automation, dashboard flows)
* Identify usability friction and propose concrete improvements
* Create wireframes and prototypes for new features
* Translate product ideas into structured UX concepts
* Work closely with founders and engineering to refine flows before implementation
* Help maintain and evolve a simple, consistent design system
If you have frontend skills, you may support implementation of smaller UI improvements — but this is a plus, not a requirement.
**You're a strong fit if:**
* Think in flows, not just screens
* Care about clarity and simplicity
* Are structured and analytical in your design thinking
* Can turn vague ideas into concrete wireframes
* Communicate clearly with engineers
* Are studying UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, or similar
**Bonus:**
* Experience with Figma
* Basic frontend knowledge (React, HTML/CSS)
* Experience with SaaS dashboards
