Node.js Developer Intern

**Role Overview** We are looking for a motivated Node.js Developer Intern who is eager to learn and build real-world backend applications. This role is ideal for someone who has basic knowledge of backend development and wants to gain hands-on experience in building APIs, working with databases, and understanding scalable systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js * Support database design and basic operations using MySQL and ORM tools like Sequelize or Prisma * Help implement authentication features such as JWT and OTP-based login systems * Work on integrating third-party services like email APIs and OTP services * Assist with file uploads and basic image handling tasks * Learn and support scheduled tasks using cron jobs * Debug issues and support improvements in existing backend systems * Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to understand integration requirements **Required Skills** * Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js * Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals * Familiarity with databases (MySQL or similar) * Basic understanding of REST APIs * Awareness of authentication concepts (JWT, login systems) * Knowledge of Git/version control * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment **Good to Have** * Exposure to Sequelize, Prisma, or any ORM * Basic understanding of file handling * Awareness of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.) * Understanding of API security basics **Qualifications** * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field * Internship or academic project experience in Node.js is a plus **What We’re Looking For** * Strong willingness to learn and grow * Good problem-solving attitude * Ability to take initiative and work with guidance * Basic understanding of backend concepts with a curiosity to explore more Pay: ₹7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
