**2026 Data Science Internship**

St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) \| Remote (Available for MO, IL, or IN residents)

Full-time (Summer 2026\) \| Part-time (Fall 2026\)

**Key Responsibilities**
* Model Development: Build and deploy machine learning models to identify actionable business insights.
* Advanced Analytics: Conduct predictive data mining and assist in the automation of complex work streams.
* Tech Stack Integration: Gain hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Gemini AI.
* Professional Presence: Refine your communication skills through bi-weekly presentations to the Data Science department.
* Change Management: Support the team in training and automation initiatives to drive business value.
**Eligibility \& Requirements**
**Education \& Availability**
* Current Enrollment: Must be a Master’s or PhD student in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics or a related field.
* Academic Standing: Expected graduation date of Dec 2026 or later.
* Schedule: Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) in Summer 2026 and part-time work (20 hours per week) in the Fall 2026 semester.
**Technical Skills**
* Programming: Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills.
* Methodology: Solid understanding of data science workflows and machine learning algorithms.
* Cloud \& AI: Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP preferred) and an interest in Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
* Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
**Soft Skills**
* High attention to detail and a self-motivated drive to learn.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
**Location \& Workplace Model**
* St. Louis-based Interns: This role follows a hybrid schedule. Candidates residing in the St. Louis metropolitan area should expect to work from our central office as their schedule allows.
* Regional Remote: Candidates residing in MO, IL, or IN (outside of the STL metro area) are eligible for fully remote work.
